Q: Where does your product come from?

Our products are sourced from all over the globe. We sourced direct from manufactures. Our accessories comes from Korea, Taiwan, China, Austria, Hong Kong and Thailand. Our gemstones comes mostly from Austria. We strive to sell quality products and therefore selected only trusted manufacturers.


Q: Where your on-line store located?

A:
We are work-at-home moms, dedicated to jewelry and accessories and currently located with our families in Malaysia. We are operating from our beloved home, gallery and SOHO which situated in Puchong, Selangor.


Q: Is there a minimum order?

A:
No, You can order any quantity.


Q: How can I place my order?

A:
You can place an order in a few way. If you are an international customer or if you wish to pay via Credit Cards or Paypal, you can directly place an order via this website. Just 'add to cart' as many items that you wish to buy, and proceed to checkout as per instructed. You will be directed to Paypal webpage upon checkout. Please notify us on any order and payment that you make, for our immediate action.

If you wish to pay via Bank Transfer to us, you can email/call/sms us the detail of our order (codes and quantity of the items). We will then issue an invoice to you via email. Or you can fill in our Order Form. It's the easiest and fastest way to order from us!



Q: How quickly will my order arrived?

A:
We will take 1 day to process your order after we receive payment from you. For Domestic Location, usually it will takes another 3-5 business days to arrive by Pos Malaysia Domestic Parcel, and by  Poslaju EMS usually takes 2-3 days depending on your location.

For International location, the fastest is by Poslaju EMS. The duration varies from 5 to 14 days depending on your location and your local custom clearance time. International Air Parcel usually takes from 7 days to 21 days and the slowest (but the cheapest) is by International Surface Parcel by Pos Malaysia. It will takes 2 to 3 months to arrive to your destination. 



Q: What method do you use for shipping?

A:
Local Destination : Via Poslaju EMS (for orders above RM15) or Domestic Parcel via Pos Malaysia (for orders below RM15), unless specified otherwise by the customer.

International Destination: Via Poslaju EMS, International Air Parcel or International Surface Parcel via Pos Malaysia.

However, we can deliver via any courier service that you prefer (FedEx, UPS, Skynet, Nationwide, etc), at some additional cost. Just contact us for simple and easy arrangement!

Either method, you will receive a tracking number for your reference should any delay occurs. By default, we will select the best possible shipping method with your paid amount (for international client, wholesale, agent, and purchase of gift boxes). You may upgrade the shipping method at some comfortable cost. Please refer below.



Q: What are your shipping rates?

A:
Currently, we are offering a FREE delivery to any destination within Malaysia.

For our international clients, when you make purchase from our online store, your shipping rates will be calculated automatically during you check out and are determined by your total purchased amount (For payment via PayPal). We strive to give the best possible delivery method for your money. You might upgrade your delivery method for an additional cost (depend on the weight of the items, location and delivery option). Chantek-Chantek will not charge you any additional charges other than what is imposed by our postal service provider.

For orders above USD 100 on normal price items, we offer FREE shipping to your location. For wholesale and agent purchases above USD 400, we will give 50% discounts on delivery charges of your items via International Surface Parcel. You may upgrade your shipping method at small investment. After receiving your confirmation on payment, we will ship out the item to you.

Q: Can I return my order?

A:
Yes. Your satisfaction is our priority. We have 7 days return policy. We'll be glad to refund or exchange the merchandise should you do not satisfied. However, please return in its original condition. This means that if the product was delivered in a gift box or plastic casing, you have to return them together. The items MUST be in excellent condition when they reach us. If they are broken or have defect in any way, the policy will be void. The cost of returning the items to us will be paid by customer. Please allow 5 working days for us to process and deliver the replacement item to you.


Q: Do you offer wholesale prices?

A:
Certainly! We offer attractive wholesale prices to public and traders. For wholesale we accept minimum order of RM 200. You can mix and match as many product as you wish to reach the minimum limit. All our products can be purchased in bulk. You can refer to our Wholesale and Agent section for details. Or you can Contact Us for detail wholesale prices.


Q: Do you have a physical store that i can visit?

A:
We have just moved to a place which serves as our SOHO, Gallery and Pick-Up place. It is also our home. Therefore, visitations are by appointment only. Please email/call us at least 48hours in advance to your visit.

We strongly encourage online purchases. For wholesale purchases, please browse the items via our online Catalog and email to us codes of the items that you interested. By this way, we will be able to check the availability of the items prior to your visit.

Q: How long have you been in business?

A:
Since 2006 (operating via Smart Interactive). From July 2009 onwards operating via Bling Lustre. Non-officially at least 5 years.


Q: May I reserve an item?

A:
Unfortunately, currently we do not offer the service.


Q: Out of stock items?

A:
If we are out of stock on an item you order, we may send your order without the item or hold your order when it arrives in our store. We will send you an email telling you the item is currently out of stock and the expected delivery date. At that time you can tell us to cancel the backordered item or deliver it when it arrives. Usually we will not be delayed more than 7 days on any item.


Q: Why if my order get lost?

A:
Pos Malaysia, Poslaju and Pos Ekspress are shipped with tracking numbers and if you don’t receive your package within 1 week, we will use the tracking number to investigate location and status of your parcel.

Q: What kind of payment do you accept?

A:
We accept Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and American Dollar (USD). For Domestic purchases, we prefer Ringgit Malaysia (RM) as our payment. You can debit the payment into our CIMB bank account.

For International purchases and payment via Credit Card, we accept Paypal as mode of payment. We are PayPal Verified customer. However, you don't need a Paypal account to make a payment to us.
